Cooking Class with Chef Barbara

Ancient recipes according grandmother's suggest.

The lessons will be hands-on for you to mix, paste and spread the dough and to cut it into: "tagliatelle” and fill the “ravioli (TORTELLI in Tuscan)” and make Pici local incredibly and delicious hand made. In short, a great jobandgreat fun!

You will also learn to prepare Focaccia and various sauces with meat and first-of-the season vegetables to adequately complete the various types of pasta

Following we will learn to make a favoulus TIRAMISU' an Italian dessert made of "savoiardi" ladyfingers soaked in italian coffee, arranged in layers and filled with a cream made with mascarpone and eggs.

In the middle of lesson, we will serve a glass of Prosecco and local cheese.

After the class, seat yourself to a table to enjoy the lunch or dinner you’ve just made.

Price for this Cooking Class is 170 for each people. A deposit of €50 will be required upon booking.
